cleaning THE hands....

last night....  alanis told me eye needed to clean my hands....  eye noticed it....  but....  eye did not do it....

and....  

this morning....  when eye woke up....  eye accidently spilt some hydrogen peroxide on my hands....  and....  the area eye spilt on turn all white and became very pins and needle feeling....  so....  eye wiped down both of my hands with hydrogen peroxide....  and....  sure enough....  they both felt like pins and needles....  and....  within minutes....  it looked like eye had spilt white paint all across the front of my hands....

so....  eye did two things....

first....  eye let my hands burn for a bit....  then....  eye filled the sink with warm water....  and....  a quarter cup of magnesium....  and....  a quarter cup of ancient sea salt....  then....  eye soaked my hands in it....  for about ten to twenty minutes....  and....  when they calmed down....  when most of the white and inflammation went away....  eye rubbed them with some witches hazel....  

second....  eye played all of the songs in the list in this category....  to clean the toxins off of my hands....  

and....

whala....  is that how you spell whala....  and....  whala....  it actually worked....  most of the white is gone....  and....  most of the inflammation is gone....  yay....
